PAPEL DE LA TEORÍA DE CONJUNTOS EN LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LOS NÚMEROS NATURALES

ResumenEsta investigación se centra en la caracterización del papel de las nociones conjuntistas básicas en la construcción de los números naturales.El problema está inmerso en un proyecto macro sobre "el papel de la teoría de conjuntos en la formación de maestros de educación primaria". Como el currículo de los maestros es muy amplio delimitamos el problema a las relaciones ecológicas entre estas nociones y los números naturales. Para tal fin caracterizamos el papel de los conjuntos en las construcciones de los números naturales elaboradas por autores interesados en los fundamentos de la matemática (Frege, Dedekind y Peano) y las realizadas desde un enfoque constructivista (Weyl y Lorenzen). Para ello, usamos la noción de praxeología matemática descrita en el modelo semiótico-antropológico para la investigación en Didáctica de la Matemática (Godino y Batanero, 1994).Palabras clave: Números naturales, formación de maestros, praxeología matemática, semiótico, antropológico.AbstractThis investigation itself centers in the characterization of the role of the basic notions of Set theory in the construction of the natural numbers. The problem is immersed in an extensive project on "the role of the set theory in the mathematical formation of the teachers of primary education". As the curriculum of the teachers is very extensive we delimit the problem to the ecological relations between the sets and the natural numbers. For such end we characterize the role of the sets in the constructions of the elaborate natural numbers by authors interested in the bases of the mathematics (Frege, Dedekind and Peano) and them carried out since a focus constructivista (Weyl and Lorenzen).
